To ensure we deliver excellence in all of our specialized areas, we have divided our management team into 3 small teams-

Our project and program managers, both have contributed to the recognition and success that we have achieved till now with the never-ending support of our corporate management team. Our teams work collectively as a strong unit and collaborate smoothly in the most effective way to successfully implement business practices.
RGS program and project managers are skilled, experienced and certified Project Management Professionals. We use PMI (Project Management Institute) Portfolio discipline to ensure we are completely aligned with the strategic objectives and goals of our clients. In addition to this PMI also ensures us to deliver timely, low risk and cost-effective solutions. This alignment can easily be evidenced through our CPIP (Continuous Performance Improvement Partnership) and Productivity/Quality Assurance Team Member Motivation Program.
